The out of water and complete structures are registered in the GCR construction warranty plan, with a 5-year guarantee.

All other types of structures will be guaranteed for a period of 3 years.



In addition, you benefit from the manufacturer's warranty in terms of the products used in the structure of your home such as: doors and windows, asphalt shingles, garage doors, etc.
